A list of RSS feed aggregators, and a Free RSS Submission Software
*Update: Free RSS submission software at the bottom of this post!*
Submitting RSS feeds to rss feed aggregators is a great way
to easily increase your backlinks, as well as they rank high
in the search engines.
Many of them don’t even require you to sign up to submit a feed, so
it’s a really quick method of getting backlinks.
For example this blog.
I have submitted it to feedage.com, and have gotten it rated as
class “A”. – This means that it’s a verified, and good feed.
It’s the maximum rank to get for an RSS feed by feedage.com.
- This also makes it count more in the eyes of the search engines.
But enough about that. I must admit I am no RSS expert yet, and I’m sure
I still have plenty to learn about it, so I won’t post any “idea’s” I might
have about this just yet.
Here is a list of rss feed aggregators:
rss2.com (*New* – I’ve seen good rankings from this one in Google. *Registration required*)
After a bit of searching online, I found this FREE RSS submission software. (No, it’s not a trial or anyting. It’s actually free, with no opt-in required!)
Enjoy! Free RSS Submission software
*I haven’t tried it much yet, but it looks really good. Especially for being free!

HAHAHA. I was reading this post, and I said to myself “alright, this seems easy enough. I will go and submit my RSS feed to all of these sites!” for one of my blogs. Then as I read the end, “D’oh!” Good point, doing it all at the same time would probably be a really bad idea! Glad I read all the way through! lol.
Happy Halloween!

Well, it might not be that “dangerous” to submit to all at once if you have an established/old website, but for new ones I would be careful.
I did, and I still show up in the search engines =) – And I registered this domain at the 6.th of october.
It was actually really stupid of me, but anyways. It worked for this time.

This is exactly what I was looking for ~ thanks so much for this post! I submit regularly to FeedAge & FeedAgg and wanted to find other aggregators to submit to. You’d be surprised just how difficult a task that turned out to be. Lots of sources list readers, but I had a hard time finding a good quality list of feed aggregators to submit my blog rss feeds to. This is by far one of my favorite blog posts!

I agree with CoronadoCookie. I have found lots of readers and it was much harder to find feeds to submit to.
Thanks so much for the list! You found a couple I had not come across yet. I will be heading over and submitting to them right away.

Ahha! Thank you so much for this list of feed aggregators! Great resource. I’m going to share your page here with a bunch of people, so expect an influx of visitors shortly. Hope you can make some money from them.

I’m glad you like it =)
After all of these good responses, I just decided I will give it some more work, update the existing list, and organize it a bit better! Sounds good, huh? Well it is =)
So John, hold your traffic =P I’ll improve it some more first. Please check back in a few days, and I’ll try to get it improved and updated by then.

This is a great list of RSS feeds to submit to. Almost all of them are active and these are the ones that you want to submit to. Submitting to them all does not appear to hurt your site.
Thanks
